		<description>I don&#039;t like the idea of lock-outs because they just hurt too many people. But you may have a point. Undoubtably there would be several great NBA refs that would be penalized unfairly by a lockout, but if it gets Joey Crawford off the court, it might be worth it.

I&#039;ll stand up for Dick though. Say what you want about his age (I think he used to be a body double for the Crypt Keeper), but he still moves up and down the court pretty darn well. And there needs to be a balance of older (not old) and younger refs. The experience that a Bennett Salvatore or Danny Crawford is invaluable.
