		<description>I think the last few years have really highlighted how out of touch NFL rookie contracts are. There really needs to be a rookie salary cap.

It just blows my mind how much money these unproven players get. And on top of that, how little coaches and front-office employees are paid. It&#039;s the complete opposite of the business world. Can you imagine what would happen of some kid fresh out of business school wanted to be paid more than the tenured employees or the VPs? 

What if teams weren&#039;t allowed to pay their players more than they pay their coach?</description>
